A Mile in His Shoes
Nehemiah had every reason on earth to lose hope and give up, but he didn’t. He trusted God and had access to every resource in heaven to combat his earthly crises. Nehemiah persevered to become one of the Bible’s greatest leaders.

Too often community is defined by a group consensus or a vote. Biblical community is defined by being part of the body of Christ. This kind of community cannot happen without a leader defining and defending it.

Our jobs should be about much more than just getting a paycheck. Let’s explore how God has called us to serve him in specific ways through our occupations by looking at Nehemiah’s role in service of the King.
